Type of Women Persecuted During the Holocaust
Nazi leader, Adolf Hitler, had a unique idea about how society should be. He believed in a perfect Aryan race, one of which did not contain the people he persecuted during the Holocaust. The German Nazis mainly targeted all Jewish women, although many other types of women were persecuted. Among the other groups targeted were gypsies, Polish women, and women with disabilities. Although all of there women had come from different backgrounds, they had one thing in common, that they were not a part of Hitler's Master Race.
